Product Description
DM PF 109 is a white or yellowish powder. It is hardly soluble in water but soluble in acids. It is stable and can withstand high temperature. It can be used as an enhancer of iron in various foods.

Applications
DM PF 109 may be used as a source of fortified iron, iron pyrophosphate in flour, rice noodles, fruit juice, bakery products, health products, medicine, etc. It is also can be applied to milk powder, infant foods, high iron cereals, sandwich sugar.

DM PF 109 is supplied in 25 kg bags / 750 kg shrink-wrapped pallets.

Storage
DM PF 109 is non-hygroscopic. However, when stored in open container, the product can still absorb small amounts of moisture owing to the high surface area of the powder. It is in sealed containers at room temperature in a dry place. Partially emptied containers should be carefully resealed after use.
Minimum shelf life is 24months from the date of shipping when stored according to the said conditions.
