In food, it is applied to buffering reagents as well as stabilizer for hydrogen peroxide.

Storage

DM TKPP 204 is a colorless or white crystal or granular powder It is soluble in water but insoluble in ethanol. It can be chelated with alkaline metals ions or heavy metal ions.
