Product Description

DM SHMP 106 ( E452(i)) is a hexamer of composition (NaPO3)6. It is a water-soluble polyphosphate that consists of chains of repeating phosphate units.

* DM SHMP 106 is as sequestrant ,which allows gelling agents to be hydrated at much lower temperatures .It is highest performing sequestrant available. And unlike sodium citrate, it has no taste at      the concentrations used for gel hydration.

Applications
DM SHMP 106 may be used in food ,it is a multi-functional ingredient that can work as a texturizer, PH regulator, metal ions chelating agent, binder, bulking agent and etc.
DM SHMP 106 may be used in a variety of beverage products. It extends shelf life, enhances flavor, and also improves clarity and prevent turbidity, such as in fruit juices and carbonated beverages. It can also stabilize the protein and enhance flavor in a protein drink. DM SHMP 106 functions as anticorrosive, chelating and masking agents in cosmetic and personal care products.
It is also used in dairy products, sausage, seafood and meat processing, and also in water treatment.

Packaging
DM SHMP 106 is supplied in 25 kg bags / 1.000 kg shrink-wrapped pallets.

Storage
DM SHMP 106 is non-hygroscopic. However, when stored in open container, the product can still absorb small amounts of moisture owing to the high surface area of the powder. It is in sealed containers at room temperature in a dry place. Partially emptied containers should be carefully resealed after use.
Minimum shelf life is 24months from the date of shipping when stored according to the said conditions.
