Product Description 
Dova PTFE 410 is a specially modified polytetrafluoroethylene powder with a PTFE solid content of 99% above. It is added to the formulation of thermoplastics to increase melt strength and flexural modulus, flame retardant and anti-dripping, and help Thermoplastics meet higher standards for flame retardancy. Compared with ordinary polytetrafluoroethylene, it has good dispersibility and easy operation, no agglomeration at room temperature, no wrinkle in injection molded products, no crystal point in black and white products, and the improvement of surface gloss of products is particularly obvious.

Applications

Applications 

Dova PTFE 410 is suitable for PC, ABS, PC/ABS alloys and other thermoplastics or plastic alloys that need to meet the UL94 V0 
standard. It has excellent compatibility with PC and ABS engineering plastics due to the special SAN coating material, so that the 
anti-dripping agent can be effectively dispersed into fibers, which is beneficial to form a mirror surface and improve physical properties. 
The solid content of PTFE is 50-60%.

Storage 

Dova PTFE 410 is in sealed containers at room temperature in a dry place. Partially emptied containers should be carefully resealed after use. 
Minimum shelf life is 24 months from the date of shipping when stored according to the said conditions.
