Melamine (MF)

Dova MF 304 is white crystal powder, can dissolve in glycerine, pyridine, hot ethylene glycol, acetic acid and formaldehyde. It is difficult to dissolve in ether, benzene and letrachloro-methane. It will be sublimated when heated, and will be decomposed when heated strongly.

Applications

Dova MF 304 may be used to produce MF resin, dinnerware, amoni-plastic, coherent agent, intensifier of paper currency, flame retardant agent, textile auxiliary, water-saving agent of cement and also used in the leather industry.

Storage

Dova MF 304 is low-hygroscopic. However, when stored in open container, the product can still absorb small amounts of moisture owing to the high surface area of the powder. It is in sealed containers at room temperature in a dry place. Partially emptied containers should be carefully resealed after use.
Minimum shelf life is 24months from the date of shipping when stored according to the said conditions.
