Product Description

DovaFR PET 315_MB is a high concentration flame retardant masterbatch based on PET, which can effectively avoid powder pollution in the production process, and has good dispersity, high flame retardancy, easy processing. This product is complied with EU ROSH, REACH and other regulation requirements.

Applications

DovaFR PET 315M is suitable for polyester field, such as PET sheet material, film, spinning and etc. It can meet the requirements of high transparency, flame retardancy in spinning field. It has advantages of smooth spinning surface as well as good strength performance

Recommended dosage

Applied in PET spinning and flow film and other fields, the recommended dosage is 8% ~ 10%
 

Process conditions

Before processing, PET 315 MB should be dried at 90ºC vacuum or low dew point for more than 10 hours. Melt temperature of PET 315MB is around 228ºC, and process temperature is no more than 260ºC

DovaFR PET 315M is supplied in 25 kg craft paper bag / 1.000 kg shrink-wrapped pallet.

Storage
DovaFR PET 315M is in sealed containers at room temperature in a dry place. Partially emptied containers should be carefully resealed after use.
Minimum shelf life is 24months from the date of shipping when stored according to the said conditions.
