DovaFR P4-red is an allotrope of element. It is nontoxic, odorless and active chemically, though not highly. It is dark red, and unlike white phosphorus, is not phosphorescent. It has a variety of applications in industry, such as matches, fireworks and especially in Flame retardant.

This makes it possible to minimize the degradation of the physical properties of the resin.
